The TMR Customer Charter was released in October 2017.

The charter was co-designed with TMR staff, customers and stakeholders to identify and clearly articulate our key commitments to our customers. These commitments are aligned with and underpinned by the Customers First Public Service Value and the Customer Focus component of the TMR strategic plan.

This e-brief helps you to understand why we have a Customer Charter and how it applies to putting the customer at the centre of everything we do.

About this course

CFIT is an interactive 45-minute online course. It takes participants through TMR’s Customers First initiatives and culture, providing tools and resources to support you to put your customers at the centre of everything you do.

CFIT is for everyone, whether you’re new to TMR or looking for a refresh, the training is designed to provide you with access to and an understanding of TMR’s Customers First information, resources and tools, providing participants with a clearer understanding of what’s important to TMR to get it right for Queenslanders first time, every time.

CFIT covers a range of topics you may be familiar with, such as TMR’s Ways We Work (WWW). The training unpacks the WWW and other key initiatives through a modern lens, focusing on what these initiatives mean for TMR and our people in an everchanging world.

Aligned to TMR’s Learning Strategy and supporting the learning options available in TMR, CFIT highlights the commitment from our Director-General and the Executive Leadership Team to support staff to deliver the best customer experience outcomes for Queenslanders.
