Lunch ‘n’ Learn sessions are a creative way to provide learning and development for employees. These informal learning sessions are being offered to inform and inspire you of cutting edge research, innovation and advances in engineering and technology, to share project learnings, discuss organisation issues and initiatives, to create awareness about various branches and highlight key projects. By focusing the topics on different aspects of our organisation, we can take advantage of our expert employees and share our knowledge with each other, and more broadly across IMD.

This year, Lunch 'n' Learns will also, be incorporated into the Developing Technical Professionals program for our graduate technical officers, and Skyped state-wide to allow both technical graduates and our regional colleagues to benefit from E&T’s technical expertise without the need to travel.
