This presentation will provide project managers and other staff involved in the procurement of engineering services for design with some guidelines that will assist in providing a more comprehensive and robust project scoping document.
This course provides information on project scope, and will answer the following questions:

What are the benefits of a well designed brief?
How do we achieve a good outcome in writing the design brief/functional specification?
