A Skype Room System can scale to your requirement on the fly. It is a simple process to book a quick ad hoc meeting with local content sharing from a laptop, mobile phone or tablet using Clickshare. Or a full-scale Skype for Business meeting with content sharing and participant interaction from a laptop, mobile phone or tablet using the Crestron Skype Control Panel. 

You're welcome to bring along a laptop for interactive learning.
