This course provides all ITB supervisors and managers with baseline management, supervision skills and knowledge. It is expected that seminars in this stream be completed and recorded in your PDA as this is the baseline for basic management and leadership skills enabling higher level development to follow.

All sections of this course are mandatory if you have staff reporting to you. (Whether you are an A05 or a Director). Please also ensure you get signed off as you attend each session.
