About this course

At TMR we put our customers at the centre of everything we do. 

TMR's Customers First Program, 8 Ways We Work (WWW) provides a shared understanding of what it means to be Customers First at TMR. 

The WWW are designed to create a consistent customer language, and set of behaviours that are aligned with the Customers First Queensland Public Service Value.

This online course is intended to provide you with:

  • an overview of TMR's Customers First Program and the WWW
  • an introduction to each of the WWW behaviours
  • tools and information to empower you to make customer focused decisions.
