TMR's Customers First Program, 8 Ways We Work (WWW) provides a shared understanding of what it means to be Customers First at TMR.
The WWW are designed to create a consistent customer language, and set of behaviours that are aligned with the Customers First Queensland Public Service Value.
This online course is intended to provide you with:

- an introduction to each of the WWW behaviours
- tools and information to empower you to make customer focused decisions.
