This workshop is for TMR business leaders and staff who wish to gain a greater appreciation, or would like to enhance their skills, in identifying and managing benefits from investments in projects and programs. The workshop will enable participants to address the common underlying causes of failure to realise the full potential benefits from investments.
The guest speaker is Steve Jenner, who is one of the world's leading Portfolio and Benefits Realisation Management subject matter experts. Steve is a a regular speaker at international conferences, author of several books in the field, and Chief Examiner for APMG's Managing Benefits.

The cost is $390 per person for a minimum of 40 people attending. This includes light lunch and afternoon tea. Futher discounts will be applied as more people register in addition to the minimum number required. For example, if there are 80 people attending the cost per person is reduced to $200. A notice will be sent to attendees once the final cost is determined prior to Cost Centre deduction. Manager approval required for attendance. |
