Welcome to your Inclusive Leadership module as part of your Passport 2 Leadership program!

This module will:

• Identify the business drivers for diversity and an inclusive work culture across the Department.
• Promote diversity of thinking and background to support innovation and diversity progress.
• Build awareness of unconscious bias and ways to challenge bias in everyday decision-making.
• Provide practical actions and tools to support inclusive leadership, better decision-making, innovation and improved performance.
