Welcome to your Customer Experience module as part of your Passport 2 Leadership program!

An interactive module covering the benefits of customer experience management and leadership to your business and to TMR customers. The module is designed to ensure the business is listening to the voice of the customer whilst driving a best practice, human centred design methodology that cultivates and delivers a customer-centric culture.

This module aims to provide participants with an understanding of TMR customers and the importance and benefits of applying customer experience insights and measures to maximise the effectiveness and impact of leadership decisions. This module will empower emerging leaders to explore ‘customer first’ ways of working as well as provide access to customer experience resources and tools that support leaders to deliver positive customer outcomes and improved business benefits.
