Welcome to your Business Planning and Workforce Planning module as part of your Passport 2 Leadership program!

This module will assist you to gain a good understanding of TMR’s Business Planning process and timelines – and importantly, how undertaking operational workforce planning is critical to your role as a team leader, supervisor and manager. It will take you through the tools available and questions you need to ask in order to make appropriate resourcing decisions.
