Welcome to your Finance: Key Requirements for Managers module as part of your Passport 2 Leadership program!

This module will introduce you to financial management in TMR. From the legislative requirements to how the workforce is counted, this presentation will take you through the key policies and practices that will assist you to navigate your way through the financial management framework in TMR. In conjunction with the interactive 'Financial Delegations and You' and the 'Internal Controls and Responsibilities' courses, you will develop a key understanding of what managers and leaders are to review and why the Financial Accountabilities Checklist is an important business tool.
