P2L End-point Reflection


As we come to the close of the Passport 2 Leadership (P2L) program, it is timely to reflect on your development and growth across the program over the past nine months.

In addition, you are asked to complete a short survey to gauge the effectiveness of the P2L program to better understand how we can continuously improve the program with your feedback will contributing to how P2L will be offered in the future.

Why reflect?
Reflection is essential to getting the most out of your development. Reflection helps you to understand and there is no learning without understanding. The reflection phase of the program is action orientated and by reviewing your progress you will be able to see how far you have come and how you are able to engage a learning cycle as part of your routine: reflect – reapply – reflect again.

Consolidating learnings
To support your development back in the workplace your supervisor will be invited to share in the reflection session to contribute and support you as you reflect and share your progress through the P2L program.

Skype attendees
Feel free to book a room in your location with other P2L participants and their supervisors to attend as a group. Please ensure you have skype with audio and microphone set up to take part in the session.
