Industrial Relations

An interactive module providing an overview of the critical areas of Industrial Relations and how and why this is important to all team leaders, supervisors and managers across TMR. Following this overview of the industrial frameworks, participants will work through examples of employee relations case management issues allowing links to be formed between the IR frameworks and the realities of managing people.

Case Management

An interactive module providing an overview of the critical areas of workplace bullying, sexual harassment and unlawful discrimination. This module explains why it is important that all team leaders, supervisors and managers across TMR must ensure their own conduct promotes a workplace free from workplace bullying, sexual harassment and unlawful discrimination. Following this overview, participants will work through examples of case studies to practically apply these learnings.
