About this course

By way of introduction, the DPF is a document that defines the typical lifecycle of a PDO program. It identifies the unique roles and responsibilities of the Regions and Districts in carrying out PDO’s programs, defining these roles in the context of PDO’s policies and procedures that exist for important program management functions. It also details how to use the 3PCM Unifier system from PDO’s business context.

The purpose of this course is to educate and condense the information found in the DPF and provide you with a detailed overview.
