This workshop focuses on equipping people leaders, safety advisors, and HR advisors with the skills to identify, assess, and manage psychosocial hazards in the workplace. Participants will learn about the types of psychosocial hazards that can impact employees' physical and mental well-being, how to conduct a psychosocial risk assessment, and strategies for implementing control measures.
The training highlights the importance of addressing these hazards proactively and provides an opportunity to reflect on how individual and organisational values shape our approach to creating healthier work environments.
This is a 2-hour in person workshop, with interactive case studies and group discussions.
