About this course

In this course, you will be introduced to key themes, principles and tools that will enable you to create a positive impact through procurement and contract management in TMR. 

This includes the:

• Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP), the Queensland Procurement Strategy 2023 – Jobs, Economy, Legacy, Confidence, and other policies such as the Queensland Indigenous Procurement Policy (QIPP).
• Role of a procurement delegate during the procurement and contract management lifecycle, including the importance of supplier due diligence, separation of duties, probity and ethics.    
• Different procurement frameworks and categories within TMR and the key stages and steps during the procurement lifecycle from procurement planning to contract management.
