How ready are you to ensure you incorporate native title correctly into your work?

As Transport and Main Roads employees, we have a responsibility to protect the native title rights of our First Nations people. This course will help to build your awareness of native title and the need for identifying whether there is any potential impact on native title before carrying out any work (whether on land or water).

At the completion of this course, you will be able to identify when a native title assessment is required and ensure native title is considered in pre-construction and maintenance activities.
