Management Fundamentals is designed to assist emerging and new managers and supervisors to understand the key TMR operational aspects of managing others. It aims to assist new team leaders to understand the foundational requirements of 'managing a team' within TMR by providing a series of learning sessions on key management topics.
Case Management session
This learning session will provide an overview of the critical areas of workplace bullying, sexual harassment and unlawful
discrimination. The facilitator will explain why it is important for all team leaders, supervisors and managers across TMR to ensure their own conduct promotes a workplace free from workplace bullying, sexual harassment and unlawful discrimination.
