About this course
This training is to update participants who have previously attended the full Recruitment and Selection training (including both Panel Chair training and Selection Report Writing) under the old Directive. This session will update participants to ensure they understand their role and requirements as Panel Chair under the new Public Sector Act 2022 and Recruitment and Selection Directive 23/07.
This session will include:
- An overview of the current Public Sector Act (2022) and Recruitment and Selection Directive 23/07, with a focus on the changes from the previous Act and Directive;
- Broad context of the driver for these changes, and the sector outcomes sought;
- A quick step through of the Translink Recruitment and Selection stages, highlighting what to consider at each; and
- Participant Q&A
Please do not enrol in this training if you have not completed Recruitment and Selection training (including both Panel Chair training and Selection Report Writing).
