Contract Management at RoadTek – Managing Subcontracts consists of eight modules, totalling 22 contact hours, delivered face-to-face over three consecutive days.

This course is designed to increase participants’ knowledge of contract management principles and processes, focussing on the procurement and management of subcontractors to support the delivery of RoadTek’s projects. Course content is based upon RoadTek’s Contract Management System published on Highway21.  

Participants will improve their ability to effectively manage subcontracts through tendering and delivery to minimise commercial and legal risks to RoadTek while maintaining productivity and quality.
