Contract Management at RoadTek – Delivering Main Contracts consists of six modules, totalling 16 contact hours, delivered face-to-face over two consecutive days.  

This course is designed to increase participants’ knowledge of contract management principles and processes, focussing on fulfilling their obligations as the Contractor’s Representative in a sole invitee environment.  Course content is based upon RoadTek’s Contract Management System published on Highway21.   

Participants will improve their knowledge and ability to manage the delivery of transport infrastructure contracts for TMR, to consistently produce successful outcomes for both client and contractor.
