PDO's Positive Performance Management Program (PPMP) is designed to equip people leaders and Human Resource staff with the knowledge and confidence to effectively manage performance.  The program supports staff to develop practical skills aligned to legislative requirements for public sector leaders and provides an updated understanding of TMR's performance management framework.
