The objective of this training course is to provide bystander training that supports participants to speak up when confronted with inappropriate workplace behaviour. The training will provide participants with practical techniques which empower them to intervene during or following an event, or to report the behaviour, as an effective way to contributing to the elimination of inappropriate behaviour in the workplace.

 This training will:

• Raise awareness and understanding about the importance of empowering bystanders in the workplace
• Increase understanding and confidence in discussing and calling out sexual harassment and other inappropriate behaviour in the workplace
• Build skills to challenge attitudes and behaviours that are inappropriate in the workplace
• Provide practical guidance and tools to be an active bystander
