Cancellations

Should you request registration cancellation 10 business days or less from course delivery, a refund is not available as TMR is obliged to make payment to the supplier consistent with your registration regardless of attendance. If you determine that you cannot attend the course you have registered for, more than 10 business days in advance, you may cancel without cost. Please ensure advice is provided to courseinfo@tmr.qld.gov.au in addition to actioning cancellation in Accelerate.
