Objectives of this RoadTek PM Workshop Cost Management Back to Basics:
- Project Manager must take responsibility for performance of
their project - RoadTek has long established processes intend to provide PM
good basis to control costs on their project. - RoadTek also has corporate software packages to assist our
PMs to perform their role. - Intent of this workshop is to provide PMs with stronger
knowledge of cost management processes. - Increase effective use of SAP as a PM tool to manage
and report on project cost performance.
Target Audience of this workshop.
Introduction – based on Road Construction Workshop module,
which is targeted at graduates and new/aspiring project managers. This workshop is aimed at operational PM’s, who are required to deliver projects and use SAP. This workshop aims to supplement and build on the SAP training delivered by OSA P&PM team, expect that attendees have already received this. Very brief overview of Tendering and Estimating concepts, but this aspect of project cost management is intended to be covered under other training.
