About this course
SAP Ariba is a cloud-based procurement platform connecting TMR buyers and suppliers to streamline the way we purchase goods and services through the Source 2 Pay process. Procurement transactions are available for the following three commodities: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Unplanned Facilities Maintenance & Major & Minor Equipment Hire (Wave 1)
The RoadTek S2P Ariba Dry Hire & PPE PCO Training Overview will give Staff enrolled an understanding of:
- What is Source 2 Pay (S2P) / SAP Ariba?
- Ariba Modules Guided Buying / Buying and Invoicing
- Onboarding of Suppliers
- Role of the Project Costing Officers
- Creation of Requisition / Purchase Orders
- Approval Process
- Receiving Process (Goods Receipting in Ariba)
- Managing Exceptions
- Where to get Help and Support
The course is delivered via Teams and runs for approximately Two and a Half hours.
The training will be particularly useful for Project Costing Officers, Snr Project Costing Officers, Finance & Procurement Coordinators and other Project Support staff.
No prerequisites are required to attend the training. Upon completion of the training course, attendees can request access to SAP Ariba through their local Finance Coordinators.
