This course provides an understanding of what is a true Safety Culture in organisations. It is typically characterised by the everyday behaviour of individuals and teams, in alignment with the organisational safety goals. The subjects covered within this course includes:

• Good safety is good business. How can Safety assist in delivering organisational success.
  
• Strong Leadership skills are crucial to supporting a Strong Safety Culture.
  
• Identifying the behavioural traits and elements of a Strong Safety Culture.
  
• Identifying key Safety issues in the “new normal working environment”.
  
• Understand why systems and processes alone many not improve Safety Awareness.
