About this course

This Course is part of the Digital Capability Explorer Pathway. You will be enrolled to complete a self-paced online course on Collaboration in the Digital age and be invited to enrol in 2 optional learning circles to discuss your learnings from this course and the Digital Mindset course.

You'll also be invited to attend the Digital Kickstarter sessions each month which will introduce you to the next month's topic on your pathway by listening to Suppliers speak from our Digital Capability Partnership Panel.

Technology is supercharging how we collaborate and work together, but successful digital collaboration involves more than just the tools we use. It's a whole new way of working together.

In this course you will learn:

  • what collaboration is, the benefits and common barriers to successful collaboration
  • what digital collaboration is and how it helps us in today's workplace
  • how hybrid work requires new habits and ways of working
  • the VOICE principles for better digital collaboration practices
  • how Microsoft Teams can be your digital collaboration hub.

Attend virtual Learning Circle - Agile Ways of Working (Optional)
Attend virtual Digital Drop Ins (Optional) - First Wednesday and third Tuesday of every month via the Digital Capability Connect Teams Site - Digital Drop In channel
