Band B Learning Pathways supports the development of technical and non-technical skills to prepare Civil Trades people to take on greater responsibility in RoadTek.  

It specifically targets Leading Hands, Project Systems Representatives (PSR's), Specialised Plant Operators and Defect Back-loggers who are undertaking a Certificate IV in Civil Supervision.
