Building Skills to Have Effective Change Conversations

This is a 50 minute facilitated session with 10 minutes for self-reflection.

As we experience change we need to be able to coach individuals to increase motivation to be able to join the change process. This requires change leaders to understand others response and adapt your approach to be able to communicate to them in a way that is motivating them to follow one’s lead.
