Leading Teams to Effectively Transition Back to the Workplace

This is a 50 minute facilitated session with 10 minutes for self-reflection.

After many weeks, and months in and out of lock downs we are starting to transition to our "new normal" and ways of working. This transition will look different for different teams and will require discussions around flexible returning to work schedules and managing the mixed emotions that may evolve as a result of the reintroduction back into the workplace.

This session aims to provide leaders with an awareness of the range of responses people are likely to feel in relation to changing work locations and conditions. To allow them the tools to increase self-awareness regarding their own thoughts and feelings, and how to effectively approach these conversations with their teams, so that we can all feel confident and calm as we shape our “new normal”
