Program & Project Management (P&PM) uses various modules within SAP and is designed to assist and enable RoadTek to deliver various work programs to customers including jobs, maintenance and schedule of rates. The SAP P&PM courses are split into four different modules, with the Project Estimating module being the second to complete. The training will be particularly useful for Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Project Costing Officers, Finance & Procurement Coordinators and other Project Support staff.

• How to review/make changes to cost estimates
• How to generate various reports to display cost-estimate detail
• How to price the sales contract
• How to export the sales contract to Microsoft Excel
