This presentation will provide an overview of the changes to the new Provision of Professional Engineering Services (RPEQ) Policy and Procedure. Participants will learn about:

• changes to the annual compensation payment for RPEQ’s
• clarification on what RPEQ fees can be reimbursed
• changes to mandatory RPEQ requirements for PO4 (and above) engineering roles including higher duties
• impacts to recruitment and selection and how this impacts current practices and affects employees, and
• additional requirements for managing lapsed RPEQ.
