Program & Project Management (P&PM) uses various modules within SAP and is designed to assist and enable RoadTek to deliver various work programs to customers including jobs, maintenance and schedule of rates. The SAP P&PM courses are split into four different modules, with the Project Creation module being the first to complete. The training will be particularly useful for Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Project Costing Officers, Finance & Procurement Coordinators and other Project Support staff.
At completion of this course you will have an understanding of:
- How to create a project shell.
- How to set up the Work Breakdown Structure.
- How to load activities to the project.
- How to load and make changes to the sales contract.
