About this course

The Transport Integrated Customer Access (TICA) application is used by staff to issue TMR products and services. This TICA Basics package provides you with a basic understanding of what TICA is, basic navigation in TICA, privacy and access to customer records, support tools, best practice techniques and basic troubleshooting.
